Job Description:

We’re looking for a Security Operation Technical Project Manager to join our IT Security & Business Resilience team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide project support for maturing key IRM, GCS and Path to Practice workstreams ensuring compliance to standards and controls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support for maturing key IRM, GCS and Path to Practice workstreams ensuring compliance to standards and controls
  • Analyze internal audit standards and work across the segment to implement solutions and initiatives under time constraints
  • Meet project deadlines in a high pressure, highly visible environment

Qualifications:

  • Education: Applicable undergraduate degree or Designation in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Shift Schedule (Fixed Night): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Project Management experience with ability to influence stakeholders and drive results through effective communication skills
    • Experience managing and coordinating project deliverables in technology landscape
    • Experience developing management and stakeholder reporting
    • Experience with Information Risk Management and Audit Standards and working with IRM teams to define and manage the scope, requirements and implementation of deliverables proactively identifying, analyzing, mitigating project risks and driving issue resolution
    • Excellent foundational understanding of IT security principles, concepts, and approaches information risk management
    • Technical competencies in some area of IT security management or implementation
    • Familiarity with security architecture or security controls implementation Resiliency and flexibility in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to pivot if requirements change or are further clarified
