We are seeking a hard-working, dynamic, and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Associate to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading strategic growth through complex financial transactions and advisory services to the business.

• <point>Supporting the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions and other corporate finance activities.</point>
• <point>Conducting valuation analysis and financial modeling for strategic projects, business opportunities and inorganic growth initiatives.</point>
• <point>Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.</point>
• <point>Preparing detailed written reports, memos, and presentations for executive team and the Board of Directors.</point>
• <point>Providing actionable insights and recommendations to support the company’s long-term growth initiatives.</point>
• <point>Tracking and assessing the performance of the initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is an advantage)</point>
• <point>You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting</point>
• <point>You have solid proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial statement analysis</point>
• <point>You have great verbal and written communication skills</point>
• <point>You are able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment</point>
• <point>You have proficient attention to detail with great problem-solving abilities</point>
