As an Experience Manager for Amazon, you’ll work at the intersection of digital content and customer experience, managing and optimising product and campaign content across our Amazon marketplaces in multiple European markets. Your mission: ensure every update and new product campaign is launched accurately, on time, and with a focus on delivering an outstanding digital journey. You will be the go-to person for managing product content, campaign launches, and merchandising enhancements, focusing on ensuring our product stories shine everywhere customers shop online. Your work will help drive visibility, accuracy, and best-in-class experiences for our range of products on Amazon.
Join our team an Experience Manager and help shape the digital experience for Dyson products across our Amazon marketplaces in multiple European markets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring product content, launches, and digital campaigns are timely, accurate, and engaging for customers in multiple markets in the EMEA region.
In this key role, you’ll collaborate with local teams, content agencies, and retail partners to drive best-in-class performance and deliver a seamless, high-quality online journey for customers. This isn’t just a “maintenance” role, you’re at the forefront of how Dyson appears, launches, and grows on the largest online stage, shaping new standards for digital retail. The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Curate and Elevate Content: Take charge of how our products look and read on the world’s busiest digital shelves, especially Amazon. You’ll shape product stories, perfect imagery, and ensure every detail makes us stand out for the right reasons.
Own Launch Excellence: Be the engine behind product launches and seasonal campaigns on Amazon and other top e-retailers. You’ll orchestrate every element, from localising assets for each market to going live with confidence. Each launch is a moment to create buzz and set new standards.
Shape the Marketplace with Partners: Collaborate directly with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central teams (plus other retail partners), building relationships that help us move faster, solve problems smarter, and continually innovate with merchandising and technical updates.
Champion Quality: Conduct sharp, proactive content audits. You’ll ensure every listing reflects Dyson’s premium brand, from the smallest icon to the boldest headline, fixing any discrepancies before they can impact our reputation.
Trailblaze New Features: Test, implement, and promote novel merchandising tools and functionalities as soon as they hit the market, making us early adopters and keeping the brand a step ahead of the competition.
Think Like a Customer: Get hands-on with new features and updates, carrying out real user acceptance and validation testing. You’ll advocate for improvements that elevate the experience for every shopper, not just tick boxes.
Solve at Speed: When issues arise, you’re the connector, raising, tracking, and driving resolution with both internal IT and retailer support, ensuring obstacles are handled fast and effectively.
