Alfa is currently seeking an Events Marketing Executive to join our B2B Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. Join our small marketing team and gain experience executing a range of events across the UK and Europe.

What will you be doing at Alfa?

As the Event Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a range of in-person and online events, webinars, conferences and networking sessions that align with our business objectives and marketing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our events drive brand awareness and strengthen relationships with our clients.

Event Planning & Execution: Plan and manage a calendar of events including conferences, industry awards and networking events. Develop event concepts, themes and agendas that align with our business goals. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site event setup.
 

Event Marketing & Promotion: Create and implement comprehensive event marketing plans to promote attendance and engagement. Develop marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media content (LinkedIn), and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Alongside this you will support our Senior Marketing Manager with budget management and performance analysis. 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for and clear understanding of B2B Marketing.

  • A proven track record of organising, running and evaluating a range of events.

  • Experience generating brand / event awareness through innovative social posts utilising LinkedIn

  • Comfortable with networking and client-facing opportunities
