JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs analysis of market data and anecdotal feedback from market leadership to determine marketing needs.
• Provides project management for various marketing programs and activities, which includes determining resources, preparing cost-benefit analysis and identifying potential impacts.
• Provides guidance for direct mail, local advertising, field materials, and all other field impacted marketing campaigns.
• Articulates marketing needs to agency partner and guide agency partner to achieve communication and marketing objectives.
• Provides consultative services to field management on local marketing programs and initiatives to help each market achieve its financial goals
• Write Marketing Plans, with the assistance of agency partner, that include analysis of current market state and recommendations of how to improve market share, inquiries from consumers, customer awareness and preference for SCI locations.
• Presents at territory meetings of field management current and future marketing initiatives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline

Experience:

• At least three (3) years of corporate marketing and advertising or equivalent experience in a related field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Highly proficient in Excel
• Proficient in Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Able to effectively give a presentation in front of a small to medium group using Microsoft PowerPoint
