We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Compliance Analyst to support auditing, reconciliation, and compliance oversight across multiple seller and consigner platforms. This is an in-person role that works closely with Sellers, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy, adherence to seller-specific guidelines, and compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct audits and reviews of seller and consigner activity to ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, procedures, and SLAs.
• Reconcile data across multiple platforms and third-party systems (Auto IMS, RDN, MBSI ) validating accuracy and completeness of information.
• Run, analyze, and interpret reports to identify discrepancies, trends, or compliance risks.
• Collaborate directly with Sellers to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and ensure proper documentation.
• Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Adapt to and work within various third-party systems and platforms based on seller or consigner requirements.
• Review and interpret seller guidelines, procedures, and contractual obligations to ensure adherence.
• Partner closely with on-site Operations and Technology teams to ensure data alignment, proper system functionality, and accurate transmission of information.
• Communicate findings, issues, and resolutions clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Support additional compliance-related duties as business needs evolve.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Experience in compliance, auditing, reconciliation, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an in-person, team-based environment.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to new systems, processes, and requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working with sellers, consigners, or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with SLAs, audits, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience working across multiple systems or platforms simultaneously.
• Willingness to be trained and continuously learn new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
