As part of the Internal Communications team, you will collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to bring our stories to life through impactful campaigns, compelling content, and meaningful on-the-ground experiences that celebrate our people and amplify our purpose.

How you will do it:

• Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns aligned with company priorities, including sustainability, safety, innovation, recognition, and culture.

• Create engaging content, design visuals, and produce multimedia assets (photos, videos, etc.) for internal channels such as emails, Viva Engage, etc.

• Coordinate and provide coverage for on-site events, including town halls and other internal gatherings.

• Collaborate with different functions to support communications and employee engagement initiatives.

What we look for:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong visual design skills, photography and/or video creation experience preferred.

• Good command of English with strong copywriting abilities.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Effective communicator and team player; curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
