The opportunity

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month assignment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Junior Sourcer, where you'll be at the heart of our hiring efforts across Switzerland and our team in Western Europe. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, international environment, gain exposure to strategic recruitment processes, and make a real impact from day one. This position will be based in Switzerland.

How you’ll make an impact

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases (e.g. HiNext), to identify qualified candidates

• Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for priority and hard-to-fill roles

• Engage passive candidates and promote the employer brand through personalized outreach

• Review CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit and create longlists of high-quality candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and documentation protocols

• Collaborate with Talent Partners to align sourcing efforts with hiring strategies

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, preferably Hinext

• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
