As a Client Executive, Federal Law Enforcement with federal government leadership experience, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-profile federal government clients. Your role will involve strategic oversight, client relationship management, and the development of solutions that align with the needs and objectives of federal agencies. You will leverage your extensive experience in federal government operations and leadership to work with the business development team to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and position our company as a trusted partner to the Federal Law Enforcement space. 

About the Role

As a Client Executive, FLE, you will contribute to a variety of areas including:

Industry and Government Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of federal government trends, regulations, and policy changes that may impact client needs and business opportunities.
  • Utilize your knowledge of federal government operations and procurement processes to navigate complex environments and influence decision-makers.
  • Understanding of US Government Affairs, legislative and regulatory process, and high level topics to support TRSS business objectives. 

Relationship Development & Management of Federal Government Executives:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key federal government clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their missions, needs, and challenges.
  • Serve as a TRSS resource and advocate for federal clients, helping to address inquiries, resolving issues, and helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships through regular communication, meetings, and reviews.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives that align with federal client requirements and company goals.
  • Develop and help the business development team to execute account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within federal government sectors.

Business Development:

  • Identify and work with the business development team to pursue new business opportunities within the federal government sector, including identifying and assisting with responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement opportunities.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of federal clients.

Executive Discussions with Federal Leadership Regarding TRSS Performance

  • Working closely with our customers to track and analyze client satisfaction, project performance, and business outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and client retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management and federal clients regarding Federal LE strategic initiatives.

About You

You’re a good fit for the role of Client Executive, FLE if you have the following:

Experience:

  • Prior federal law enforcement leadership with a federal LE agency.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a leader in the federal LE space.
  • 1-5 years since Federal LE retirement.
  • Understanding of federal LE initiatives and priorities.
  • Federal procurement experience.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of federal government operations, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level federal officials and stakeholders.

Other

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
