THE JOB

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic On-Site Marketing Representative to join our team at Allianz Amphitheater in Richmond, VA! Under the guidance of the Venue Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in Live Nation’s on-site marketing efforts—capturing and sharing unforgettable moments. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where every event is a new experience. This is a part-time, seasonal role (approximately May–November).

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Coordinate & Escort: Deliver media passes to approved outlets and guide photographers to designated areas within their allotted time at each show.
  • Content Curation: Use your creativity and keen eye to identify memorable moments worth capturing and curate content across our social media platforms.
  • Create & Post: Capture the excitement by posting engaging, timely coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages.
  • Engage with Fans: Respond to fan messages and questions to ensure everyone has a fantastic on-site experience.
  • Collaborate with Photographers: Work closely with the house photographer at each show to ensure high-quality content is captured.
  • Support the Venue Team: Assist with various venue responsibilities as needed during shows, as directed by the Venue Marketer and the General Manager.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to recognize and capture unique content opportunities.
  • A true music aficionado with a passion for live events and a knack for spotting what makes each performance special.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort working in busy, loud, high-pressure settings.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience working in live events marketing, content curation, and media relations.
  • Continued education or training in communications, marketing, media relations, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools.
