In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Settling equipment problem and driving maintenance reliability for TEDA manufacturing.

Reliably support at budgeted economies and capacities.

• 1. Monitor/Analysis Performance
• 2.Troubleshooting site
• 3.Root Cause Failure Analysis
• 4.Preventative Maintenance
• 5.Data-driven Maintenance
• 6.Maintenance outsourcing

Independently identify and lead improvements

• 1.Cost Optimization
• 2.Reliability/Energy/Facility Programs
• 3.PDM Programs

Communicate effectively within area and to related areas.

Responsible for new equipment implementation and support

Document key preventive maintenance and overhaul.

Reliably support in troubleshooting, training programs to maintenance execution team.

Develop increasing insight and capability into other areas/disciplines.

Transfer new reliability initiatives and technologies from other sites into production.

Sponsor technical changes, local/capex investments.

Lead local projects/initiatives and follow up on performance and completion.

Develop thorough technical knowledge of corporate equipment, systems. technologies within area

To succeed, you need

• Have bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred (BS) or 1 year (MS)
• Has capability or potential competencies to lead/work maintenance development strategy and reliability/energy/cost improvements.
• Be good at data analysis and insight to create improvement opportunities.
• Be good at English in oral, listening and writing skills.
• Have a good cooperation, influence, and communication skills.
