NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Partner Business Manager to build, enable, and lead a network of mature, technically strong partners and System Integrators (SIs). These partners will position NVIDIA's AI Factory value and complete end-to-end deployments in enterprise accounts. This strategic role requires strong ecosystem knowledge, partner management experience, and technical proficiency in AI for architectural discussions. A solid understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and the NVIDIA ecosystem helps guide our strategic partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Build a partner capacity model aligned to industry verticals and regional priorities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners and SIs with the technical capability and enterprise relationships to scale AI Factory deployments

  • Develop and complete joint business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, enablement achievements, and account mapping

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA enterprise account teams to drive co-selling motions with partners into named enterprise accounts

  • Drive partner technical enablement programs (in coordination with NVIDIA Solutions Architects) to build SI proficiency in AI Factory composition, deployment, and lifecycle management

  • Support partner certification pathways and proficiency benchmarking

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, forecasting, and conversion

  • Maintain partner scorecards, report ecosystem health, coverage gaps, and growth plans to leadership

What we need to see:

  • 12-15 years of strong partner management experience in the enterprise technology domain, SI ecosystem roles

  • Proven experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems for complex technology solutions (Datacenters, Cloud, AI/ML Infra, Enterprise Software)

  • Deep understanding of the partner landscape and enterprise buying dynamics

  • Demonstrated track record of driving co-sell motions and partner development

  • Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across external and internal collaborators

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA, or technical degree, or equivalent experience considered
