Provides HR support during the employee lifecycle
Administers operational HR processes with a focus on organizational and employee development
Coordinates and administers the recruitment process
Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday)
Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes, and standards based on needs and requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or business administration
2 or more years’ experience as a (Junior) HR Generalist or similar
Business English skills, written and spoken, at least at level B2
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Systematic, process-oriented person with good planning skills
