The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for driving sales by targeting clients needing staffing support. Additionally, this role focuses on targeting companies for temporary staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses meet their staffing needs.

This role is a 3-month fixed term position that is office-based. The successful candidate will also be required to work from 2pm to 10pm.

How you will make a difference:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients for both permanent placements and temporary staffing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote recruitment services and demonstrate the value proposition.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Temporary Staffing Services:

  • Target companies needing temporary staffing solutions, offering flexible and efficient staffing options.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the placement of temporary staff, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment and staffing services.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales in the recruitment, or staffing services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
