Conagra Brands is looking to add a Maintenance Planner to our team. You will work onsite at the Hagerstown, MD manufacturing plant and report to the Operations Manager. You will act as the Maintenance Lead in the Line Structure team by being the liaison between Production and the Engineering and Maintenance team.

You will:

  • Manage weekly work order schedules including obtaining necessary schematics and checking parts availability.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Support data analysis to minimize loss and increase line efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to support optimized maintenance work activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement administrative and technical programs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, and communication
  • Partner with MRO team to ensure parts inventory for planned and unplanned work and maintain parts kitting work process.
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization.

You have:

  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical information in mathematical and/or narrative form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • High School diploma or GED required;
  • Two (2) years clerical experience preferably in a manufacturing environment preferred

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
