We are seeking a professional who quickly adapts, communicates effectively, and builds strong engagement. As a Finance Project Lead, you will drive operational excellence in Asia by managing a fast‑paced ERP transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA. The role sits within the ABS Capability Center, which supports ASML by standardizing, improving, and automating processes. You will help deliver a portfolio of business and IT solutions that enable innovation across the ABS organization.

Job Description

• Project Lead with experience in managing complex business transformation projects with a focus on the end-to-end processes

• Assist in managing and communicating on the Asia portfolio of finance related improvement initiatives and projects

• Driving execution of the process and tooling improvement projects and lead and/or participate in change projects

• Developing project plans and completing implementation processes, including progress tracking, monitoring, change control, assessing risks, testing, and documentation.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferable in the field of Finance or IT

• +12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or support personnel.

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g. Market to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, ...) supported by strong technical acumen is preferred.

• Experience with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.

• Experience with SAP (ECC, S4HANA, BPC) or ASML’s current SAP ECC environment.

• Fluent English speaking and writing (Chinese speaking is a big plus)

• Location: Dongtan, South Korea (Company shuttle buses are available from Seoul and other key locations to support your commute.)

• Contract Period: 12months
