  • The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 3 is an entry level role responsible for processing varied cash & trade operation tasks in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform multiple processing activities of limited complexity in a fast-paced environment, while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

  • Randomly extract, review and report data entry deviations using Parascript and TMS
  • Calibrate on a regular basis to ensure 95% confidence level with a margin of error of 1-2%.
  • Perform client impacting quality control functions, all data entry functions (including Audit) and specialty functions within the operations process with strong proficiency:
  • Escalate observed issues timely and appropriately
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements yielding increased productivity and efficiency for the operation
  • Support higher level tasks and other duties to support the business as needed
  • Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines
  • Accept feedback in a constructive manner

  • Qualifications:

  • Possess interpersonal skills to partner with analysts and managers to adjust metrics when necessary
  • Ability to work with an established MIS framework
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritize in a high paced processing environment with strict deadlines and service levels
  • Demonstrated history of working well within a team environment, working towards a common goal requiring respectful communication and teamwork
  • Excellent attention to detail, targeting straight-through-processing
  • Intermediate PC Proficiency; including Excel, Access, and Lockbox Applications
  • Prior Lockbox, payment processing, banking experience, or operations experience
  • Previous audit and quality control experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented with strong time management skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends/holidays and additional hours as required
  • Manual dexterity required, all tasks are repetitive
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a prerequisite for this position
  • Must be able to speak/write/understand English
  • Must pass an extensive background check including criminal, credit and drug (renewed every 5 years)
  • Demonstrate high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality and minimizing rework
  • Readily adapts to changes in deadlines and changes in daily work assignments
  • Expected to escalate observed issues timely and appropriately
  • Professionally interact and positively collaborate with team members, peers and managers across shifts and sites to ensure client timelines and quality requirements are met
  • Support higher level tasks as needed
  • Professionally provide feedback and guidance to other processors related to the quality/productivity output of their work
  • Facilitate new hire and cross functional education as needed
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and culture
  • Education:

  • Associate’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

$38,480.00 - $47,430.00
