Your Role

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to apply this knowledge to campaign development and execution

  • Closely review the campaign performance to support strategic data based decisions

  • Define the brands` strategy (tone & style, messaging, appearance), as well as activating it through campaigns in markets we operate in

  • Provide your insights for local market activation and a deep understanding of different market dynamics to tailor marketing strategies to suit different markets

  • Increase brand awareness and preference with both consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B)

  • Support and drive strategic projects in cooperation with internal as well as external stakeholders like agencies and partners

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Master’s degree or MBA is a plus

  • Advanced years of experience as a Brand manager or similar role in Marketing including project management skills in the field of B2C and B2B marketing

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions which align with the organization’s goals and objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey marketing strategies to team members as well as internal and external stakeholders

  • Structured and organized way of working and the ability to think outside the box

  • Proven ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments

  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
