Your role at Baxter

You have deep knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes. You understand the importance of building relationships, establishing order, and maintaining clear communication channels. As a Mgr, Materials, you are a leader who is willing to listen and encourage others by your actions.

What you'll do be doing

• Accountability of the End to End process of Materials procurement for manufacturing plant

• Understanding of all ISC processes for medical devices, root cause analysis of problems and generation of impactful solutions for an affective materials process

• Great ERP management, configurations and proposition of solutions and improvements

• Daily, weekly and monthly tracking of materials needs and procurement wth diferrent providors

• Administrative work management to assure accurate Invoicing, provider search, development

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Manufacturing or similar degree, MBA is a plus

• 7+ years of proven experience working in a similar role within Healthcare, Automotive, Aero spacial or other similar highly regulated industries.

• Experience working under high pressure situations with sense of urgency and prioritization

• Experience working on root cause analysis for Improvement detection and execution

• Experience in complex environments

• Proactive leadership and Great Communication Skills with all levels of the org.
