As Team Lead Operations (Shift Supervisor), you will lead 10-15 operators in your area of responsibility, which includes performance management and solving problems with operating zone issues. You will lead with focus on worker health & safety, as well as the environmentally responsible and reliable operations of the Commerce City refinery.Minimum Requirements:
10 years of experience in process / refinery operations
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Strong communication skills which allow you to collaborate effectively with dynamic and diverse groups
The ability to coach and mentor personnel in operating processes and emergency preparedness
A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for the duration of your employment
Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide development for a team of operators in one area of the refinery and ensure proper execution of work
Foster collaboration and create an inclusive and respectful work environment
Advance our operational discipline behaviours and opportunities for improvement
Execute daily and monthly production plans by communicating direction as well as maintenance priorities to our operators
Perform operator qualification assessments in conjunction with the training coordinator as well as monitor training and qualification statuses of operators
Lead incident command, emergency response, and effective incident investigations
Location and other Key Details:
You will work out of our Commerce City refinery, located at 5801 Brighton Blvd.
Relocation support will be provided for candidates living outside of driving distance to the refinery
The shift schedule is a rotating 12-hour shift, including holidays, weekends (MDOPY), and overtime as needed
You will be required to use ladders and work on elevated work sites such as scaffolds and towers with the ability to perform in a variety of different environments both indoor and outdoor as well as within confined spaces

Salary and Compensation Details:
$130,000 - $140,000 annual salary and an annual incentive (bonus) program
