Network Engineer

Job Description

  • Manage Network Operation at Client's network environment including Incident/Problem/Change management. Meeting with client in reporting network healthiness and improvement made.
  • Responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.

Some of the primary duties include:

  • Proactive monitoring and analysis
  • Data Integrity
  • Technical Lead during Severity 1 & 2 Incidents
  • Change/EWO review team
  • Change Implementation
  • Problem management
  • RCA analysis
  • Implement IMAC
  • Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year experience in Network Engineer
  • Ability to work with multi-vendor environment 
  • Experience with network monitoring tools such as OpManager, SolarWind, etc.
  • Familiar with ITIL process 
  • Good to have CCNA/CIPA
  • Customer service mind.
  • Thai Native 

Skillset

  • Cisco /PaloAlto /FortiGate
