Our mission is to ensure the day-to-day operation to meet the production schedule, customer requirement, complying to quality, safety, environmental, health and regulations.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for production process, planning and overall operations of other functions and coordinate with relate departments such as QA, Maintenance, EHS, Supply chain, Engineering either internal or external to make sure all operations must keep in high performance and effectively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Quality awareness – Strongly focus and maintain the quality standard as first priority and could provide the solution for production staff. Cooperative with implementing Food Quality and Safety Management systems such as FSSC 2200, GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, KOCHER, ISO9001, ISO14001, NON-GMO and others according to company policy.
- Process control – Take full responsibility in terms of staff management, technically processing line is a must, quality targets management and to ensure the smooth running of production processes. Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, tidy, hygiene and always ready for customer visit on the time.
- Product Costing – Ensure the supplies and packaging costs must control well on plan. Planning and control the direct / indirect parts day-to-day / and align with monthly target consumption.
- Teamwork – Strengthen and maintain effectively co-ordinate with relate department such as QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, Engineering, IPS, Supply chain and etc.
- Process improvement – Play a key leading role in making decisions, problem solving and troubleshooting within the shift to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take prompt effective action to resolve the problems base on IPS implementation. Coordinate with other departments to support shift activities smoothly.
- Data Analysis – Responsible for reporting the potential or the risk that might impact safety of workers or working environment or food safety food safety management systems to upper ordinates or identified persons. Coordinate to analysis root causes, set up corrective/ preventive actions and summarize report.

Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field in production.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in food production with adherence to food safety standards.
- Proven expertise in production processes, planning, and engineering applications.
- Good computer literacy with experience in ERP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work in a 24/7 plant operation with flexibility for safety-related follow-ups.
- Strong data management skills, continuous improvement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong EHS compliance and a thorough understanding of quality management.
- Strong production knowledge with experience in production management.
- Strong people management skills and teamwork motivation with good communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with related departments.
Desirable requirements:
- Direct experience in Modified/Native starch, tapioca grinding, or food manufacturing is an advantage.
- Production Planning or Engineering knowledge, with basic understanding of machine operation.
- Business acumen; ability to identify the best cost-benefit options for the company.
- Ability to make decisions despite limited information.
- Outstanding leadership capability with the ability to effectively engage with key internal stakeholders.
