What is the opportunity?

The successful candidate will be responsible for mortgage fulfillment and/or servicing of complex transactions including verification of mortgage documents using extensive knowledge of credit products and services. 

What will you do?

• You are responsible for handling general matters, ensuring all established deadlines/commitments are met for RBC, and provide required support to RBC mortgage sales teams
• Verify for completeness and process incoming credit applications and limit requests with supporting documents for mortgages  
• Expected to process work volumes as measured through established service level agreements and standards
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and able to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work
• Monitor to ensure decreasing trend in client/service partner error impact
• Demonstrate commitment to acquire and anchor new clients, build networks and are proud to represent RBC in the community by organizing and participating in branch and market events

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Five minimum passes – Grades I, II or III or A, B or C, of which Math and English Language are compulsory. (Dutch Caribbean Only - HAVO + 2 years of relevant work experience)
• Knowledge of RBC Lending Products and Banking applications e.g. T24
• Leadership skills, innovative, impact & influence
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and perform activities in a deadline driven environment
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving and team working skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in personal credit
• Diploma or Associate Degree, in Banking or a related field
• MBO – Dutch Caribbean Only
