What you will do 

We are looking for a Project Execution Manager – Integrated Solutions with proven capability to manage autonomously complex BMS and Security Projects in terms of budget, planning and resources.

The candidate will also manage and lead a Team of PMs in order to guarantee achievement of assigned operational and financial Country, generating profitable growth, optimizing internal processes, while ensuring Customer Satisfaction. 

She/He will operate, as part of the BMS / Security Team, with aim to facilitate and contribute proactively to the Service Conversion of the installed base.

How you will do it

  • Review requirements, workload, allocate projects to PMs
  • Supervise and support the projects assigned in the competence area
  • Ensure efficiency and productivity of the team assigned
  • Define, plan, prioritize actions to achieve targets assigned (for yourself and the whole team)
  • Monitoring of the progress and the outcome of various projects/portfolio
  • Management of the relationship with internal and external stakeholder including suppliers involved in the planning and the execution of the projects.
  • Monitor and Manage portfolio risks
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement; implement improvement initiatives as approved.
  • Own team management, monitor morale and satisfaction, provide and receive feedback, grow skills and competence

What we look for

  • Project Management experience (>10 years), preferably certified PMP, APM, IPMA or similar
  • Technical Expert in either BMS or Security , Networks protocols and systems(>5 years)
  • Team management (>3years)
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure, negotiate big claim, solve problems.
  • Attitude to build positive work environment with the colleagues
  • Advanced written and spoken knowledge, English language is a must
  • Availability to travel up to 60% (mainly Italy)
  • Engineering degree
