JR63095 Manager / Senior Manager, - IT, Cyber, & TPRM Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and continuously developing their skills.  Foster a high-performance culture, driving the team to exceed expectations in all areas of IT & Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance.  Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure regional initiatives align with global strategies and best practices.

Capability Building & Function Growth: Lead efforts to build new capabilities within the team, expanding the scope and impact of the function.  Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation, driving the adoption of best practices and new technologies.  Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement a strategic roadmap for the growth and maturity of the IT & Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance function.

Third-Party Risk Management: Lead the assessment and management of third-party risks, including vendor security assessments, contract negotiations, and ongoing monitoring.  Work closely with procurement, legal, and IT teams to ensure third-party risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated.

Risk Operations: Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across IT and cyber domains globally.  Ensure the effective implementation of the Technology and Cyber Risk Management Framework, aligning with global standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).  Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance practices accordingly.

IT Disaster Recovery (DR): Assist with IT DR program, to help ensure robust business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested. Coordinate with global DR teams to ensure regional plans are integrated into the overall company strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, particularly in a global or regional capacity.

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of IT and cyber risk management frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related standards.
  • Experience with third-party risk management, including vendor assessments and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of IT disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Soft Skills

  • Proven track record in building and growing teams and functions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISO Certified Implementor / Auditor similar.
  • Experience working in the semiconductor industry or a related technology sector.
