Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an ISR Operations Integrator to support the customer as a Subject Matter Expert in airborne ISR operations. Requires flexibility in rotating shift work with overtime opportunities and a current/active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance. Candidates who do not currently possess an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance will not be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ISR airborne operations
- Conduct technical analysis for sub-system and system implementations, modifications, and potential enhancements.
- Support mission planning efforts, execution and post mission assessment.
- Investigate, analyze, and identify the root cause of problems as requested by the customer.
- Aid in the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for airborne ISR operations as it applies to the airborne systems of interest.
- Maintain awareness of new technologies and non-material solutions for potential Air Force implementation.
- Develop written updates as necessary to support Program Management reporting to the customer and internally to Leidos.
- Participate in weekly/monthly Program Management status meetings; provide written updates to support customer and internal Leidos reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience or a MS and 10 years of experience years. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Current/Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required in order to be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in ISR airborne operations. Experience as pilot of remotely piloted platform preferred.
- Familiarity in one or more of the following is highly desired: JIRA/Confluence, Space, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and DoD / IC sensors and applications.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), demonstrated problem-solving experience and the capacity to work independently and part of a team to provide multi-faceted intelligence and support to operational units, Joint Commands and IC components is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a team member and provide guidance to government Intelligence customer analysts to build effective customer relationships.
- Must be willing to travel 25%.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
