The Opportunity

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the management of the company’s treasury function. This includes overseeing corporate cash management and debt administration, ensuring efficient liquidity and funding strategies. You will assist in preparing treasury assessments and other critical financial information to support decision-making at the highest level. Additionally, you will maintain and optimize the treasury management system, S4 HANA, contributing to streamlined processes and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash & Liquidity Management
  Monitor cash balances and forecasts, manage daily liquidity and reconciliations, and ensure funds availability through effective cash flow planning and reporting.

• Treasury Operations & Systems
  Maintain and operate the S4 HANA treasury management system, handle daily transaction assignments, and oversee transactional banking operations.

• Risk & Reporting
  Analyze monthly risks and opportunities, prepare management reports, and support interest accruals, intercompany loans, corporate debt, and liquidity balance reporting.

• Foreign Currency & Credit Facilities
  Manage foreign currency exposure and payments, administer credit card facilities, and oversee bonding facilities.

• Team Support & Ad Hoc Activities
  Provide assistance on treasury-related projects and activities as required, ensuring smooth operations across all treasury functions.

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance with at least 3 years of financial and management experience in a multinational organization, ideally within the construction industry.

• Proven knowledge of treasury management, including foreign exchange, liquidity, cash flow, financial instruments, and debt instruments, supported by a strong understanding of financial markets.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, SAP, S4 HANA, and related ICT tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive in identifying business risks and opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information, and solid understanding of project accounting practices and related business systems.
