In this business partnering role, you'll provide insight, challenge and commercial guidance to senior stakeholders, helping drive performance, optimise costs and support strategic technology investments across a large and complex portfolio.

Your impact

As part of the Business Banking Technology Finance team, you'll work closely with Technology, Finance and Business leaders to provide meaningful analysis, robust financial control and data-driven recommendations that support better business outcomes.
 

You will:

  • Partner with Technology leaders to support financial performance and strategic decision-making
  • Deliver planning, forecasting, budgeting and month-end reporting activities
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, key drivers and variances
  • Support investment decision-making and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Prepare clear and concise financial reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analysis and financial controls
     

We're interested in hearing from people who have

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and business partnering
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Experience presenting financial insights to leadership audiences
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Exposure to Technology, Financial Services or large corporate environments (preferred)
  • CA, CPA or CFA qualification with post-qualification experience
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
