As the Talent Acquisition Partner in Costa Rica, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs, leverage sourcing skills to identify talent and use market knowledge to influence hiring decisions.
What You’ll Do
Proactively source, screen, and engage with qualified technical & clinical candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
Work roles in Costa Rica and provide recruitment support for North America when needed
Represent and promote the company’s employer brand through networking and engaging with potential candidates
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with job requirements
Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidate qualifications
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring best practices for attracting industry talent
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress
Partner with Hiring Manager and HR to develop effective job description and sourcing strategies
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree
3+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting within a pharmaceutical environment
Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing sourcing tools
Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish)
Experience with one or more applicant tracking system
Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices required
Working conditions:
Travel: 0-10%
