Our KaTech Plant in Wesenberg (Holstein) is a Made‑to‑Order production site specializing in the blending of customized texturizing ingredient solutions, serving diverse customer and market requirements.
 

What you will do:

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
• Extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food and or chemical
• Proven experience providing disciplinary and technical leadership in a plant or production setting
• Strong project management and engineering capability, including experience with CAPEX and operational optimization
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
