Job Description
 

REQUESTED KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS POSITION:

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of a high school diploma plus 3-5+ years administrative experience

Special knowledge/skills/behaviours

  • Proven administration experience within a fast-paced organization.

  • Forward thinking with excellent communication and high-level organizational skills.

  • Experience with data management and MS Office English (Business level oral & written).

Responsibilities

  • Organization of global travel arrangements.

  • Supports the teama with the review process of materials and events. Informs about outcome.

  • Management of Purchase Order creation, tracking and managing the budget tracker.

  • Responsible for coordinating various events which includes the planning, organizing and implementation of a number of event activities. This can range from numerous small internal meetings to large national activities.

  • Track and build meeting agendas, minute taking and distribution to attendees of pre-work requirements, agendas and minutes in a timely manner.

  • Understands the goals and objectives of the entire department and contributes to the attainment of those G&O's. Assist will additional adhoc duties when required (maintaining filing and offsite archiving).

  • Process team expenses.

  • Multiple complex diary management.

  • Acts as a resource to other administrative assistants and is cross-trained to cover for another administrative assistant if he/she is out of the office for an extended period of time.

  • Manage the on-boarding of new employees including the provision of all required technology. Assist in the orientation of new administrative assistants and other staff.

  • Operates in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 61,000, with a flexibility for higher salary based on qualification and experience.
