The role of the Customer Collaboration Analyst is to support critical decisions and submit recommendations whose effects impact both customer inventory and our own inventory. This is a temporary role to cover a leave of absence.

What’s involved in this role

  • Leading and developing the customer collaboration to achieve the business plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and minimize waste.
  • Monitor, analyze and make recommendations to better align internal forecast and customers forecasts.
  • Anticipate and influence internal teams to avoid supply chain disruptions.
  • Responsible for supporting critical decisions and providing recommendations impacting both the customer and our own inventory.
  • Focus on maximizing in-stock goals while minimizing inventory levels within supply chain network.
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders in Demand planning, Production planning, Inventory management and Logistics.
  • Prepare and lead in weekly reviews with the customer’s replenishment team as well as attending department reviews with category management and replenishment team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to support the decision-making process and to provide insight to the planning team.
  • Proactively communicate to all stakeholders on objectives, upcoming planning, and on-going initiatives
  • Work along with internal Supply Chain teams to address behaviours that drive inefficiency.
  • Management of cost-to-serve and problem solving internally and with the customers.

What you need to join our team

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or in a relevant discipline or an equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in CPFR / Demand Forecasting / Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Planner roles in a CPG environment.
  • Strong analytics and demonstrates problem solving skills.
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight timelines.
