As a Frontend Developer you are part of a Software development team and you'll analyze requirements provided by the team's Product Owner, design and develop technical solutions or processes, do unit testing, maintain and improve production code, contribute to the performance improvement work, keep the projects technical documentation up to date, while minimizing manual processes and providing automated solutions.Reporting to a Engineering Manager in a Blip team formed by 4 to 5 Developers and 1 QA, you will use technology as a basis to deliver amazing value to our customers, while scaling our platform to meet the demands of worldwide markets.About the Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our collaborative and high-performing team. You'll be working in a modern monorepo environment, contributing to both web and mobile frontend applications and helping a cross-functional team deliver high-quality features with consistency and speed.
Our frontend stack includes:
- React for web applications
- React Native for mobile (plus)
- A shared Redux store for state management
- A component library aligned with our Design System in Figma
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in frontend development, attention to detail when working with design systems, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced and technical environment.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features in our web applications using React, TypeScript, and Redux
- Contribute to the evolution of our shared component library
- Write and maintain unit, E2E and regression tests
- Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies
- Support mobile development efforts built in React Native (if applicable)
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Experience working with Redux or similar state management libraries
- Ability to translate components from a Design System (Figma) into clean, reusable code
- Experience with Jest or similar testing frameworks
- Good communication skills and a mindset of collaboration and continuous learning
- Experience with/knowledge of the mobile release lifecycle (TestFlight/Internal testing, store listings, versioning, release tracks, release notes, and post-release monitoring)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with React Native
- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo
- Understanding of working in monorepo environments
- Some backend awareness (Node.js) is a plus, but not required
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
