What you will do:

• Provides multi-channel (phone, email, chat) assistance to Bloomberg Industry Group's clients.

• Initiates the escalation process for customer reported issues and provides follow up to clients.

• Reports client feedback to appropriate internal teams.

• Trains clients and internal users on an as needed basis.

• Use multiple project management tools and CRM to manage customer interactions and providing day to day research.

• Ability to learn new computer software quickly, is comfortable with technology and possesses basic trouble shooting skills.

• Conducts project-based work.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

You need to have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or MLS/MILS preferred. Paralegal experience considered.

• 2 years experience working on legal or financial fields.

• Bloomberg Law and/or legal research database experience a plus.

• Bloomberg Terminal/Financial experience a plus.

• Flexibility in work schedule including weekends and holidays.
