Provides product knowledge and sales techniques to the customer to increase sales volume within assigned account(s). Manage/maintain communication with account team to identify and take action on potential opportunities, challenges or personnel changes impacting sales and profit goals of the account. Conducts training workshops related to sales, warranty and testing equipment to key customer account personnel.
