Production Supervisor 
 
The opportunity 
 
Are you ready to lead a hands-on production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our production workers in achieving quality, efficiency, and safety goals. 
 

In this role, you’ll supervise a team involved in operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring output meets our high standards. You’ll also help set daily objectives, solve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company procedures. 

 
How you’ll make an impact 

• Take full personnel responsibility for your production team 

• Ensure a safe and secure working environment in collaboration with your team 

• Oversee adherence to the delivery plan and ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coach your team in lean thinking and development 

• Manage the department’s budget and contribute to cost-effective operations 

• Work closely with your team and surrounding departments to quickly address and resolve deviation 

Your Background 

• Previous leadership experience in a production environment within the manufacturing industry. 

• Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization. 

• Proven ability to lead teams toward operational goals and continuous improvement. 

• Experience collaborating across departments such as engineering, logistics, and maintenance. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

• Solid grasp of safety, quality, and efficiency standards in manufacturing. 

• Fluent in Swedish and English
