Job Description

Job Summary

    The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership role is the primary contact for the client regarding all program-related details, responsible for the search process and making sure all expectations that have been established within the program design plans are met. The Account Manager II will meet with the sales lead and Solution Architect to build an association with the hiring supervisor and establish a sound understanding of all program expectations.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Helps to set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.
    • Guides and consults clients on standard methodologies.
    • Communicates efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status'.
    • Leads the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.
    • Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24-hrs.
    • Reports weekly activity to clients.
    • Owns responsibility for account success

    Key Skills

    • Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
    • Experience leading both clients and candidates throughout the search process
    • Able to handle sensitive information and confidential situations on occasions
    • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority
    • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a client-facing role
      • Experience in sales or account management

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
