C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming work queues, coordinate complex pricing requests, and support commercial teams with the best pricing tools. You will review bid materials, ensure timely bid submissions, and maintain accuracy throughout the process. Post-bid, you will verify submitted rates, assist with award management reporting, and provide troubleshooting support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the opportunity vetting board, address network troubleshooting, and respond to email inquiries

  • Coordinate and respond to complex daily pricing requests for new and existing customers

  • Educate commercial teams on the best pricing tools and their benefits

  • Review bid materials to understand pricing requirements

  • Communicate pricing details to management and commercial teams for strategy calls

  • Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions, involving additional pricing teams as needed

  • Perform site administration and collaborate with stakeholders for document downloads

  • Verify submitted bid rates, manage award verification, and upload final rates

  • Assist commercial teams with award management reporting and troubleshooting pricing issues

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and support process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in operations, customer service, and/or pricing

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
