Ecommerce Manager

Type: Full time, hybrid (2 days in the office).

IQVIA are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our client’s team! If you are passionate, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

In this role, you will bring your entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm to drive Ecommerce growth across a multitude of channels, including Amazon, third party sellers and our client’s website. This is a great role for someone who wants to dive into the intricate details and take ownership of all Ecommerce strategies to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a comprehensive approach to ecommerce, considering all aspects from strategy to execution.
  • Understand how to navigate a competitive landscape and effectively reach target audiences.
  • Dive into the nitty-gritty details of ecommerce tools and channels.
  • Own and drive the ecommerce growth to its full potential.
  • Lead the next phase of the website development, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • Enhance the online visibility through effective SEO practices, including optimizing Google ads of maximum impact.
  • Optimize and grow the brand presence and sales on Amazon.
  • Assist with Account managers driving third-party sellers (Boots, online pharmacies, etc.).
  • Assist in the Development of social media strategies, including taking charge of the HubSpot platform.
  • Drive targeted traffic through PPC campaigns.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years in ecommerce management, managing multiple multi-channel selling and multiple third party retailer sites.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe suite), Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
