Program Manager I - JLL

What this job involves:

The Program Manager I will oversee and lead key new business projects that support the growth of the Client. The Program Manager will oversee the strategic direction and coordination of a single or group of related projects to achieve larger organizational goals. Their duties include strategic planning, delegating tasks, coordinating efforts between project teams, and ensuring all projects align with the organization's business strategy. They focus on the big picture and long-term strategy, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget to achieve overall company objective

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • The role involves comprehensive daily program management throughout the entire program lifecycle, requiring oversight of planning activities, progress monitoring, budget management when applicable, and proactive risk and issue management with appropriate corrective measures implementation.
  • Project coordination responsibilities encompass managing inter-dependencies between multiple projects, optimizing resource utilization across initiatives, maintaining effective vendor communication channels, and ensuring all deliverables align with overall program outcomes and objectives.
  • Document management duties include overseeing main program documentation, ensuring JLL compliance requirements are met, maintaining current contract documents, and managing all project phases from initial strategy through final closeout including design, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
  • Communication responsibilities involve preparing regular project updates, identifying and communicating risks early while providing viable solutions, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet time and budget requirements, and facilitating project meetings with coordination exercises.
  • Program coordination and planning activities require leading collaboration between clients, facilities personnel, and internal account teams while conducting cross-functional meetings, tracking agenda items, escalating risk issues, managing vendor relations, and developing comprehensive process documentation.
  • Essential communication and interpersonal competencies include executive-level communication abilities for complex technical issues, cross-functional collaboration experience, conflict resolution skills for operational challenges, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emergency situations.
  • Success measurement focuses on the timely and successful implementation of programs and strategic initiatives, demonstrating effective program management through measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction across all managed projects and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or similar role

  • Experience managing multiple projects

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion

  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration

Salary/ Comp:

90-120K

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
