Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing insight-driven campaign level strategies and plans to deliver on business outcomes.

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversees the development of marketing collateral and assets across channels.
  • Executes go-to-market aspects of the annual marketing plan.
  • Ensures marketing campaigns are measurable and trackable.
  • Partners with other areas to develop and measure campaign implementation and performance.
  • Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.
  • Identifying customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Leverages analytical work to support consumer insight and strategy development.
  • Leverages CRM tools to build and optimize omni-channel campaigns.
  • Utilizes the Workfront system to manage campaigns.
  • Responsible for timely spend against plan for campaign expenses.
  • Creating powerful stories of campaign performance for leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Excellent analytical ability, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, PC skills, planning, organizational, leadership skills.
  • Passionate about consumers.
  • Results-oriented, critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Strong communicator across all levels.
  • Health or managed care experience preferred.
