Team Overview
The Global Brand Marketing team leads the storytelling strategy across the Brooks enterprise, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that reflects our brand's positioning, values, and benefits.
This team develops and delivers content that supports both internal stakeholders, such as sales representatives and regional marketing leadership, and our external audience, the consumer. Their work ensures messaging consistency across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to real-world brand activations. By driving alignment and clarity in how the brand is presented, this team strengthens consumer connection and market impact. Their effort plays a vital role in reinforcing the brand’s identity across every campaign and initiative.

Your Job:
As Temporary Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Lifestyle, you will lead global brand marketing for our Lifestyle category. This role is pivotal in shaping how our brand shows up around the world—bringing the brand’s performance-born heritage into everyday life through culturally resonant storytelling, breakthrough seasonal campaigns and thoughtful regional guidance. This role is responsible for shaping the global Lifestyle marketing calendar, crafting compelling content strategies for global campaigns, and ensuring seamless deployment across regions. As a key leader on the Brand Marketing team, you will also be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver breakthrough work while fostering strong collaborations across functions and regions.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $70-87/hour. Pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
