Role Responsibilities

• Operate within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented risk specialists who manage the entire credit and payments cycle for France and the Benelux countries.
• Build effective business relationships with customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.
• Handle day-to-day client services and receivables processes, ensuring smooth and accurate credit risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with other departments across various countries, assisting customers, peers, and management.
• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in collections.
• Strong customer service background.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in German and English (B2 level or above).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset.
• Ability to influence and drive execution.
• Passion for working in a multicultural environment.

Salary

We are legally required to indicate the minimum salary for this position, which is €39,150 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation packages align with current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the stated minimum. Actual salaries will vary based on qualifications, skills, and competencies.
