The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves proactive system troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, as well as operating a Class A vehicle to transport equipment and tools as needed. The technician will anticipate and address safety issues related to both Company and customer-owned equipment. Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in field service or a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and correct safety issues in a variety of equipment and environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, ETC)
• 2-5 years driving experience preferred

Salary range:

$45,000.00 - $72,000.00
