As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction to client account managers to retain and strengthen existing client base, expand business through new revenue opportunities and partnerships, and drive the division to provide the Unparalleled Client Experience.

How you will spend your time:

  • You will develop, integrate, and implement strategic direction to deliver operational success.
  • You will drive collaboration with operations, product, marketing and technology group partners.
  • You will demonstrate strong networking skills and an existing network of strategic contacts.
  • You will manage associates which will include mentoring, coaching, and ongoing performance review through 1:1/next 90 conversations.
  • You will be an advocate for the strategic objectives of clients by working with product and technology partners to deliver revenue producing solutions.
  • You will collaborate with clients and UMB Product areas to understand and communicate industry-wide initiatives.
  • You will provide banking and payment services expertise to clients/prospects in a consultative manner while cultivating these skills in direct reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ten (10) years relevant work experience
  • Three (3) years management experience

Compensation Range:

$83,200.00 - $178,800.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
