About the Role:


The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and ensuring the effective utilization of the platform to meet organizational goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance and integrated products


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Drive Improvement Initiatives: Take ownership of identifying and implementing enhancements across our GTM tech stack, ensuring our systems evolve with our business needs.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project scope, and translate business objectives into technical solutions.

  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Define, document, and maintain current and future business processes to support scalability as we grow.

  • Manage Requirements and Specifications: Develop and prioritize requirement specifications, including data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts, to guide development and ensure clarity for all stakeholders.

  • Vendor Coordination: Oversee technical and functional support from third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems.

  • Quality Assurance: Lead the execution of testing procedures to maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables.

  • Sprint Planning and Backlog Management: Use Jira to effectively manage project backlogs and plan sprints, ensuring the development team stays on track and aligned with business priorities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience with at least 2+ years in a similar position

  • Certification: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Master [nice to have]

  • Strong Business and Technical Acumen: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving individual and team goals through collaboration and innovation.

  • Proactive Mindset: A continuous improvement mentality, with a drive to enhance processes, products, and outcomes for both the organization and our customers.


Additional Notes

Systems you will have exposure to: Salesforce, Clari [Groove, Copilot, Forecasting], DealHub, Impartner, Ironclad, AppFire, Sonar, JIRA etc.

Salary Disclosure:

Base salary range: $118,000-140,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
