Main responsibilities:

  • Leads customer renewal process, driving the engagement through to closure, and executes plans for EA renewals pipeline, to ensure targets and customer business needs are met

  • Qualifies lead to opportunity & customer commits to move forward & explore renewal

  • Opportunity handover to Partner Connection Manager

  • Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline

  • Engages across industries, company sizes and types to identify upsell/cross sell opportunities

  • Understand customers’ current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Demonstrates Microsoft value proposition, address competitive offerings and solutions

  • Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline and usage for the products and solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years full-cycle B2B sales experience; end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management.

  • Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.

  • High School diploma required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling

  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion

  • Specific knowledge of the software and cloud- based technology industry
