Four Hands is looking for a Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Information Management team to act as a bridge between our internal stakeholders and the developers in the long-term, and day-to-day, planning and execution of projects related to our Analytics platforms.  The Technical Project Manager works collaboratively with business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and technical delivery teams can implement effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technology teams and provide leadership in an Agile environment centered around our internal stakeholders.  The ideal candidate for this role will have experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams around Reporting and Analytics. Dashboards, integrations, and analytical models are part of the EIM ecosystem. Experience with one, or more, of these types of products, and the internal content planning and production processes is a must.  

IN THIS ROLE 

  • Establish deep domain expertise in Four Hands processes and interdependencies, and in the tools and technologies that enable business units to make better business decisions, access and utilize their data, and improve their processes 
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand business problems and associated constraints, to define the business value associated with solving the problems, and to establish the success metrics that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the solution(s) 
  • Participate in the analysis and development of system solution design for existing and new capabilities using a thorough understanding of business process and requirements as well as system capabilities and architecture 
  • Initiate problem analysis, explore solutions, prepare and present information to the team 
  • Participate in documentation and analysis of detailed functional requirements delivered to client and internal teams for development and implementation 
  • Use Jira to document epics and user stories, and to define business value, acceptance criteria, and set success metrics 
  • Assist with project-related data and content collection and validation 
  • Evaluate technical solutions against defined acceptance criteria, and make decisions to move into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
  • Assist with UAT planning and execution

THE IDEAL PERSON 

  • 5+ years of experience working in with Analytical Platforms 
  • Strong preference for experience with data acquisition, analytical models, and their support in solving Business problems 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, user stories, defining business value, and working alongside developers and architects 
  • Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – both technical and non-technical 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while producing high quality work 
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible and organized throughout projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
