As Product Engineer I, you will be responsible for:

• Observing recurrent problems, contribute ideas for possible improvements and lead in implementation of improvements, with support, as required.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical information, sources and prepares data, and presents in information-sharing forums, with guidance, as required.
• Performing complex technical problem solving with guidance, conduct investigation, gather and test data. S/He shall identify options and impacts, and liaises with experts to bring about a conclusion.
• Developing and managing the implementation of a project plan that inputs to broader projects, monitor progress; identify potential barriers and take corrective action.
• Performing complex engineering tasks as instructed, demonstrate engineering/scientific knowledge and logic, and communicate options to Senior Engineer to determine next steps

Minimum Requirement

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)

Training in Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA or Six-Sigma is an advantage

• Two years’ experience in complex manufacturing as Process Engineer, Assembly & Test Technician or similar field
• Experience in the assembly & test of mechanical actuation systems is an advantage
