CACI is seeking an Industrial Base Support Analyst to provide PEO CARRIERS support specifically in the element areas of industrial base activities and tools that the Industrial Base Director manages or uses to drive sustainment outcomes. Program management, business & financial, and administrative professional services would be required.

The Opportunity:

  • Conduct in-depth research and technical reviews on topics relating to Industrial Base administration and management

  • Develop status reports and metrics for Industrial Base Director

  • Provide technical and administrative support in the planning and execution of working groups and program reviews including documentation of the action items and resolution findings

  • Provide support in the development and execution of Industrial Base strategic documents and the shipboard integrated data/information system


Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform research on Industrial Base topics to include identifying opportunities/threats, current satisfaction, and future demand and synthesize the data into SWOT chart.

  • Work with Industrial Base Director to begin to develop strategy to include long-term objectives, financial forecast, and envisioning success.

  • Assist in cataloging Tier 1, 2, and 3 level Nimitz and Ford Class vendors.

  • Categorize vendors as Direct or Indirect.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings in support of Carrier Industrial Base efforts.

  • Prepare and deliver briefing materials and metrics to present to PMs, SES, and other executive leadership.

  • Coordinate with NAVSEA 05V, PMS 378, PMS 368, PMS 312, and CPA to ensure industrial base issues and concerns are identified and documented.

  • Accompany Industrial Base Director on travel to Naval and industry locations as required.

  • Coordinate and participate in working groups as required.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarization of standard Navy correspondence

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of experience in life-cycle sustainment project and product management



Desired:

  • Navy and Aircraft Carrier experience

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
